Project Description:
Client was manufacturing the cladding panels for mixed-use building which was a part of restoration project. The façade consisted of approx. 100 number panels which were brick faced concrete panels connected back individually at each floor level to part steel/part concrete frame structure.

• 3D Model in Revit
• Generation of Shop drawing, BBS & Addition of Fixing details
Solution provided by PGT:

was provided with the calculation
for the panel rebar design along
with information on panel fixings
and lifting sockets, Panelization
drawings, Connection Details, etc.
Taking this information PGT prepared
the 3D Model of Brick Clad Panels
using Revit & added the
Reinforcement, Generated Shop
drawing and BBS from the Model &
Adding the Fixing details.
