The principle that a business or individual should not disclose confidential information about a client to a third party.
Pan Gulf Technologies is committed to the utmost qualified morals for the protection of our client’s confidential information. Our inflexible proficient ethics are deep rooted and always respect the confidential nature inherent in a professional relationship. This remains a fundamental constituent of how we work.
Our confidentiality structure includes confidentiality definitions and standards on conflict of interest, information sharing, and physical and IT security—and we are always available to converse our standards with clients in greater detail.
Our specific confidentiality processes are continually reviewed and updated to ensure that they fully align with the changing business environment and best-practice standards.
Pan Gulf Technologies employees treat the following information as completely confidential:
- • Client names or identities unless otherwise discussed with the client.
- • Client-specific deliverables and work projects and related information
- • Client-specific data provided by the client or a client-related vendor, including measurable data sets, request for proposals (RFP) and invitations to tender, or internal (client) documents.
- • Knowledge and information about our clients, including current or future operations, strategy, and other business-related information gained by consultants while working for clients or while working on tenders, RFPs, and proposals.
Protecting our client’s confidence and business interests is not just what we do, it’s who we are.
