01. PGT’s scope was to create a LOD 350 Architectural model for Construction purposes
02. BIM models include slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, and ceilings.
03. Create separate exterior shells of the typical buildings and linking Units into the building.
Total ten 3-story garden apartment buildings providing a total of 372 units across four lots. Each lot 7 & 8 will also host two auxiliary structures for bike storage & trash. Each lot 15 & 16 will host an auxiliary structure for trash collection.An active streetscape & building breezeways will provide pedestrian-friendly connections to urban pocket parks. Screened parking will be provided at a count above the requirement.
01. PGT & CLIENT split of work and Interdependencies on same model.
02. Following and maintaining the client Standard, avoiding the duplication of views.
03. Organizing the Revit Project browser as per client standard, minimal creation of filters.
04. As per client latest instruction started using the Area plans instead of Floor plans in all Architect local project. Which is different from any other projects.
05. Bluebeam is being used to track project comments and exchange necessary data/information regarding project.
