Scope of work:

01. A complete Site modelling including Surrounding, Traffic, Logistics, Cranes, Site fencing etc. and all other required construction equipment need to be model.
02. Existing old hotel modelling including Exterior shell modelling including walls, doors, stair, windows, parking area.
03. Created of Traffic Control in 3D to visualizing purpose.
04. New Hotel building modelling including Exterior shell modelling, Walls, doors, stair, windows, parking area.
05. Material application, Texturing, Lighting and Cameras. 06. Rendering and Postproduction.

Project Summary:

01. The initial approach to site logistics and other constraints.
02. Demolition of Existing old hotel building.
03. The parking and site is to be developed and analysed.

01. Creation of existing Hotel model referencing Google images.
02. Creating the customised Traffic & Logistics path in 3dsmax.
03. To fix position of logistic equipment.
04. Creating detail models of Construction equipment’s like Crane, Manlifts, Temporary office building.
