Project Deliverables:

Revit model at LOD350, DD & CD set of drawings.

Scope of work:

01. A complete LOD 350 BIM model and DD & CD stage drawings.
02. Creating detailed parking count level wise and overall building parking count.

Project Summary:

01. Typically, six storey Parking Structures with Photovoltaic solar panels on roof.
02. At first, we have developed the project template with proper Naming convention and Object styles for documentation.
03. At the start we have received schematic drawings, and we have created 3D Model. However, based on discussions at intervals and design change markups, 3D model was developed further.
04. The parking structures are complying with the ADA norms.

Benefits / Challenges:

01. Developing the project template:
- Naming convention for each Modelling elements.
- Adjusting line styles and line weights for each elements and components with respect to the view scale for drawing preparation.
02. Placing Standpipe and Fire Extinguisher in model and preparing drawings as per City norms. As we are doing it for first time for the client.
03. Modelling Elevator based on industry specification provided.br> 04. Placing parking stalls with respect to the Ramp slope. Also to maintain the parking count level wise as per City norms.

Solution provided by PGT:

01. We created several iteration of single instances and showcase them to finalize the accurate one.
02. We take calls/ meetings in alternate days to understand the requirement and apply them in real time to let them know about the changes.
03. We took training form client to understand the city guidelines for execution in future projects.
