The client engaged Pan Gulf Technologies Limited to create a digital architectural and structural model based strictly on PDF input—without CAD files—requiring precision modeling and documentation.
Scope of Work:
Crafted a 3D BIM model at LOD 300 using Revit 2020 and Revit 2021. Generated full construction drawings in PDF format. Modeled structural components including walls, openings, roof & floor sheathing, staircases, footings, HSS & wood columns, joists, beams, header openings, and roof hatches.
