Commercial Rebar Detailing Project

Located next to Manchester’s iconic Canal Street, this project involves the transformation of a 1960s, 11-storey former office tower. The building will undergo extensive refurbishment, stripped back to its original concrete frame and expanded with an additional three storeys. Meanwhile, the newer academic buildings, constructed decades later, have been demolished to make way for modern new-build elements that will seamlessly integrate with the existing tower, creating a cohesive and contemporary development.
