Equestrian Commercial Project USA was executed using advanced BIM workflows to ensure architectural accuracy, multidisciplinary coordination, and LOD-based construction documentation. This project demonstrates how digital modeling enhances commercial equestrian facility development.
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited delivered a BIM-driven design solution for a compact, equestrian-centric commercial development in the USA. The project involved designing a facility with 12 horse stalls, grooming and wash areas, tack rooms, storage, an office viewing area, a utility room, hayloft, and pasture grounds.
The client engaged Pan Gulf Technologies Limited to convert concept sketches and sample drawings into a fully modeled Revit project, complete with detailed documentation and visual insights.
Developed a Revit model at LOD 200 Delivered 50% and 100% PDF drawing sets for permits and construction documentation Modeled all built elements: slabs, walls, roofs, doors, windows, fencing, railings, and façade finishes. Created site drawings including floor plans, elevations, and detailed sections. Added comprehensive dimensioning, keynoting (materials, finishes), and tagging for walls and openings.
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited built a complete LOD 200 BIM model in Revit 2021, closely mapping all user requirements and site constraints. The model was then used to generate clean, permit-ready PDFs at both interim (50%) and final (100%) stages.
