This prestigious project comprises three towers forming a major 80,000-square-meter mixed-use development located adjacent to Canary Wharf. The development features high-quality private apartments, hotel accommodation, health and education facilities, and a variety of food and beverage outlets arranged around a newly created public square. The project consists of three principal structures:
• Tower 1: A 65-storey residential skyscraper rising to 217 meters, housing 495 luxury apartments. It includes a residents’ lounge on the 63rd floor, offering 180-degree panoramic views of London, and stands among the tallest buildings in Central London.
• Tower 2: A 34-storey building providing 139 affordable and shared-ownership homes, mainly located between the 25th and 32nd floors.
• Hotel: A 20-storey, 231-room four-star international hotel.
A project of this magnitude, combined with the accelerated construction programme and concurrent work across all three towers, required robust planning and stringent project controls. Given the prime location, restricted space for material storage, and tight delivery timelines, the contractor opted to use prefabricated reinforcement cages for nearly all structural components. The use of prefabrication enabled faster construction, improved efficiency and accuracy, reduced on-site labour time, and significantly enhanced site safety. Due to the scale and complexity of the project, advanced construction methods—including top-down construction, precast elements, prefabricated cages, post-tensioned slabs, and slip-form systems—were all successfully implemented within a single development.

The scope includes raft foundations, capping beams, and lining walls, along with key structural elements such as columns, slabs, and core walls. It also covers pull-out bars and prefabricated components, including lobby slabs and stair landings. Additionally, architectural elements such as benches and planters are included to enhance both functionality and overall project aesthetics.
• Simultaneous construction across three major towers
• Highly congested prime London location
• Limited material storage and staging space
• Tight project deadlines requiring accelerated workflows
• Accelerated construction through prefabricated reinforcement cages
• Improved structural accuracy and reduced on-site labor time
• Enhanced safety within limited urban construction space
• Seamless coordination across three concurrent high-rise towers
