Rebar Detailing Ireland – Large Commercial Development Project required high-precision reinforcement coordination across multi-level structural systems.
Redevelopment of an old commercial center site to create a company headquarters campus. The development included the demolition of office blocks and the construction of 6-storey office buildings over three levels of basement.
Project Scope:
Preparation of RC Shop Drawings along with BBS for the following:

02. Basement to Sixth-Floor Slab
03. Columns
04. Core Walls
05. Retaining Walls
06. Roof-Level Slabs
07. Metal Decks

Challenges:
The project had a tight deadline that needed to be met quickly. We had to prepare RC shop drawings and other BBS as mentioned in the scope above. We applied our expertise and teamwork to complete the job successfully.
Solutions:
Given the short timeframe, we created and shared a delivery schedule, splitting the Rebar Detailing Ireland – Large Commercial Development Project work in such a way that both the customer and Pan Gulf could work and share mark-ups simultaneously, without impacting the deliverable milestones or quality.
