Project Summary:

01. The site consists of two buildings, A and B, connected by a sky bridge, on a site area of 1.38 acres.

02. Each building is two stories high, consisting of office and retail spaces.

03. The parking area and site are to be developed and analyzed.

04. These buildings comply with ADA norms. 05. The interior of the buildings features an open floor plan, and the major development and detailing are focused on the facades. 06. The walls are a combination of metal stud walls with various claddings and storefronts.

Scope of Work:

01. A complete BIM model, including slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings, and facade finishes.

02. All the documentation, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed views such as plan details, sectional details, and fenestration details.

03.Creating separate permit sets for both buildings. Creating detailed wall layers and storefront systems. Documentation includes dimensioning, keynoting materials and finishes, and tagging all walls and openings.

Challenges:

01. Modeling the facade by referencing a SketchUp model.

02. Creating customized decorative railings, screens, and structural items in Revit.

03. Creating detailed views with a combination of 2D and 3D elements.

04. Creating the desired geometry between the stud walls and storefront walls.
