Project Summary:

01. The Site consists of two building A and B connected by a sky bridge on a site area of 1.38 acres.
02. The buildings are each two storey high consisting of office and retail spaces.
03. The parking and site is to be developed and analysed.
04. These buildings are complying with the ADA norms.
05. The interior of the buildings is an open floor plan and the major development and detailing is in the facades.
06. The walls are a combination of metal stud walls with various claddings and storefront.

Scope of Work:

01. A complete BIM model including slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings and facade finishes.
02. All the documentation including site plans, floor plans, elevations and detail views such as plan details, sectional details and fenestration details.
03. Creating separate permit set for both the buildings.
04. Creating detailed wall layers and storefront systems.
05. Documentation includes dimensioning, keynoting materials and finishes, tagging all the walls and openings.

Challenges:

01. Modelling the facade referencing a sketch-up model.
02. Creating the customised decorative railings, screens and structure items in Revit.
03. Creating detail views with the combination of 2d and 3D elements.
04. Creating the desired geometry between the stud walls and storefront walls.
