Project Summary:

This is a 60-story building project in which the first 9 levels form the podium, and levels 10 to 60 constitute the tower. This project includes various units such as a bar, casino, restaurant, pool deck, garage, etc.

Scope of Work:

01. Modeling support at the DD stage. The project and Revit models have already been set up by the SP team on their BIM360 cloud. PGT is working based on design input in the form of BB comments/redlines, CAD inputs, and verbal discussions in the meetings, with minutes recorded.

02. Drawing creation and sheet work.

03. CD details development (according to PDF and redline inputs from the BB session provided by the client).
