Project Summary:

01. The purpose of the modeling was the renovation of the residence.

02. This was the client’s first project involving point cloud data. We helped the client understand the usage and limitations of point cloud technology, and successfully completed the modeling of the existing structure.

03. We modeled the structure using laser scan data and as-built measurements, with the as-built measurements taking precedence over the laser scan data.

04. For modeling the exterior finish surfaces and applying material colors, we referred to site images provided by the client.

Scope of work

01. The BIM models include slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings, and furniture.

02. All documentation for the Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) drawings includes schedules, site plans, construction plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, interior elevations of modules, and 2D details.

03. The model was rendered, and images were generated using Enscape software.
