Project Summary:

01. The purpose of Modelling was the renovation of the residence.
02. It was the client's first project in Point cloud, where we helped the client to understand the point cloud's usage and limitation. And hence we completed the modelling of the existing structure successfully.
03. We have modelled the structure using Laser scan and as-build measurement, where as-built measurements will supersede the Laser scan data.
04. For modelling of exterior Finish surface and application of material color, we have referred to site images provided by the client

Scope of work

01. BIM models include slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings and Furniture.
02. All Documentation for DD & CD drawings includes Schedule, Site plan, Construction plan , Floor plans, Elevation, Section, Floor Plan and Interior elevation of Modules and 2D Details.
03. Render Model and Images in Enscape software.
