Challenges & Solutions.

Hospitals are complicated structures when you account for the number of electrical services to be installed. Moreover, the team had two challenges to overcome: one was Evolve, and the other was Revizto. With the learning curve involved and the lack of initial resource loading from the client’s end, it made the project difficult to move forward. Later, the team managed to flatten the learning curve and achieved seamless deliveries. On this project, our largest team was engaged.
