Challenges & Solutions.
Hospitals are complicated structure when you account for number of electrical service to be installed. Moreover team had two challages to overcome one is Evolve and other one Revizto. With the learning curve involved and lack on initail resource loading from clinet end it made bulkier project to move. Later team manages to flatten the learning curve achived seamless deliveries. On this one our largest team was engeged.
