Precast Outfall Structures

Scope of Work:

The design scope involved the development of outfall structures, which were checked for sliding, overturning, and bearing pressure. The outfall structure was analyzed using STAAD Connect Finite Element Analysis, with a focus on verifying stability under sliding and overturning conditions. Coordination with the client was crucial to address requests for information regarding design specifications and preferences for precast-to-precast connections. The design and reinforcement were completed with a clear understanding of the client’s preferences related to reinforcement requirements.
