Project Summary:

01. It is a two-story single-family housing using the modular construction method.
02. It has a total of 6 Modules, 3 modules at ground level and 2 modules at first level, and the garage area will be stick-built constructions.
03. At the start of the project, the client shared hand draw sketch form, which we converted into a 3D Model.
04. PGT has a few “Live design sessions” with the client to finalize the roof structure and other elements.
05. PGT has to create model base DD and CD documentation. We have also created a separate permit set for this project.
06. As it is modular construction, PGT has to use exact dimensions and sizes as per "Modular Home Standards" and document it accordingly.

Scope of work

01. BIM models include slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings and Furniture.
02. All Documentation for DD & CD drawings includes Schedule, Site plan, Construction plan , Floor plans, Elevation, Section, Floor Plan and Interior elevation of Modules and 2D Details.
03. Render Model and Images in Enscape software.
