Project Summary:

01. It is a Three-story single-family housing using the modular construction method.
02. It has 6 Modules and Basement, and staircase area has stick-built constructions.
03. At the start of the project, the client shared hand draw sketch form, which we converted into a 3D Model.
04. PGT has a many “Live design sessions” with the client and owner of house to finalize foundation structure and other parameter of project, as it bit complicates structure as it is located over terrain area.
05. PGT has to create model base DD and CD documentation. We have also created a separate Build set for this project.
06. As it is modular construction, PGT has to use exact dimensions and sizes as per "Modular Home Standards" and document it accordingly.

Scope of work

01. BIM models include slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings and Furniture.
02. All Documentation for DD & CD drawings includes Schedule, Site plan, Construction plan , Floor plans, Elevation, Section, Floor Plan and Interior elevation of Modules and 2D Details.
03. Created 3D Landscape model.
04. Render Model in Enscape software.
