Project Summary:

01. These are the multi-family project
02. The project consisted of a Two-story building including 4 house units.
03. It includes monolithic Foundation, CMU walls at first floor level and Wooden stud walls at second floor level, wooden Trusses, Wall and Floor Sheathing, Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom Furniture, sloping Roof, and Exterior Band for exterior elevation purpose.

Deliverables:

- 3D Model in Revit
- Wood Framing Model from Revit.
- Model based drawings.

Scope of work:

01. The scope of PGT is to create LOD 300 model which includes Architectural, Structural discipline including Exterior and Interior building element, Furniture, Lighting, Wooden structure, CMU structure modelling with documentation.
02. This project also has design option.

Solution Provided by PGT:

PGT received different set of input 2D drawings from the Architect and Truss shop drawings form Truss designer. PGT clubbed all this information including client standards and highlighted the issues to the customer while executing the project. Client does not have wall stud, Roof and Floor Sheathing drawings with them, PGT modelled from client instruction and drawing developed for client.

Benefits & Challenges:

01. The obvious challenge was to understand the expectation/need of a new Customer/Project and deliver a quality product in a short/tight schedule.
02. We have completed more than14 project for this client including Wood frame structure.
