SOLUTION PROVIDED BY PGT:

This Project is mainly a renovation of an Elementary school located in USA. PGT awarded majority of main steel scope & some part of Miscellaneous framing. PGT actively participated in Coordination with other trades for timely delivery and completed project on schedule.

CHALLENGES:

Since this project is the demolition and renovation of existing Building so there was lots of co-ordination between PGT &
otherTrades. Also, Engineering connections are problematic due to heavy loads given by SEOR. PGT actively communicated in all coordination, raised all discrepancies in RFI format & submitted this project on time.
