About the Project
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited provided detailed precast modeling and full shop drawing documentation for the refurbishment of an existing shopping center with multiple franchises across Australia. The project involved recreating accurate precast components to support a high-speed, precision-driven refurbishment.
Client Overview
The client sought efficient and accurate precast detailing to replace or upgrade parts of a live shopping center. Pan Gulf Technologies was brought on to convert limited as-built data into construction-ready precast documentation under a condensed delivery timeline.
Scope of Work
Prepared a 3D precast model in Tekla covering 90 distinct precast units. Generated comprehensive shop drawings suitable for fabrication and installation.
Key Challenges
Accurately capturing complex geometry from limited as-built construction data. Meeting a tight schedule, with shop drawings required within one week. Working with design documents of limited quality—requiring PGT to propose viable lifting designs based on past experience.

Tekla Structures: for 3D precast modeling and detailed drawing generation.
Results Achieved
Delivered 90 accurate precast unit models and corresponding shop drawings within a one-week turnaround. Overcame incomplete as-built data to deliver precise geometry modeling and erection-ready documentation.
