About the Project
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited delivered a precision-focused precast detailing solution for a commercial building in the Netherlands. The scope included erection & shop drawings, a shared model, and a comprehensive 3D reinforcement model.
Client Overview
Using a Dedicated Resource Center (DRC) model, the client utilized Pan Gulf’s personnel on a day-to-day basis to execute multiple projects. This arrangement allowed seamless resourcing aligned directly with client planning and prioritization.
Scope of Work
Prepared erection drawings and detailed shop drawings. Delivered a shared model for collaborative review. Developed a complete 3D reinforcement model of precast elements.
Key Challenges
Ensuring precise detailing for multiple element types—beams, sandwich panels, columns, and walls. Operating within a resource-shared model that required tight coordination and flexible planning. Meeting client communication and detailing expectations from the project’s onset via clear RFIs.
Solutions Delivered
Pan Gulf Technologies applied Tekla Structures to model all precast components accurately. The dedicated resource team collaborated closely under DRC management, responding to shifting priorities and RFIs to maintain clarity and expedite detailing. All drawings were delivered in Dutch per client requirement, ensuring usability and compliance.

Results Achieved
Delivered erection and shop drawings, as well as a shared model and 3D reinforcement model across multiple element types. Successfully maintained client-led resourcing dynamics via DRC integration. STANDARDS & CODES:
All the relevant design standards and codes were followed during detailing. All client requirements were understood from the start of the project through various RFIs to provide clarity and set direction at an early stage, unlocking business value!
