Precast Outfall Structures

Scope of Work:

The design scope involved designing Outfall Structures, which were checked for sliding, overturning, and bearing pressure. The outfall structure was analyzed using STAAD Connect Finite Element Analysis, with a focus on verifying its stability under sliding and overturning conditions. Coordination with the client was crucial to confirm requests for information on design specifications and preferences for Precast-to-Precast connections. The design and reinforcement were completed with a clear understanding of the client's preferences regarding reinforcement factors.
