About the Project
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited delivered a modular architectural design for a residential project in the USA, converting a hand sketch into a refined single-story, LOD 300 Revit model, complete with CD/DD documentation and permit set visuals.
Client Overview
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited collaborated with the client to model a modular home comprising four modules and a garage (stick-built). Starting from hand-drawn sketches, the team produced full construction documentation and coordinated live design sessions to finalize the layout.
Scope of Work
Developed LOD 300 BIM models using Revit 2022, covering slabs, walls, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, finishes, ceilings, and furniture. Created DD and CD sets, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, module details, and sheet sequencing. Prepared a separate permitting documentation package. Generated rendered visualizations via Enscape for client reviews
