Project Overview:

Pan Gulf Technologies supported a large-scale Air Separation Unit (ASU) setup, delivering detailed engineering and modeling of cryogenic oxygen and nitrogen production lines.

Scope of Work:

01. 3D modeling of distillation columns, heat exchangers, and pipe racks
02. Cryogenic piping with insulation and support design
03. Foundation design for compressors and cold boxes
04. General arrangement and isometric drawings
05. BOM/MTO generation for procurement planning
