Project Summary:

01. It is a three-story single-family house using the modular construction method.

02. It has 6 modules and a basement, and the staircase area is constructed using stick-built methods.

03. At the start of the project, the client shared a hand-drawn sketch, which we converted into a 3D model.

04. PGT held several “live design sessions” with the client and the homeowner to finalize the foundation structure and other parameters of the project, as the structure is complicated due to its location over a terrain area.

05. PGT created model-based DD and CD documentation. We also created a separate build set for this project.

06. Since this is modular construction, PGT used exact dimensions and sizes according to "Modular Home Standards" and documented them accordingly.

Scope of work

01. BIM models include slabs/floors, walls, roofs, doors, windows, stairs, floor finishes, ceilings, and furniture.

02. All documentation for DD and CD drawings includes schedules, site plans, construction plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, floor plans, interior elevations of modules, and 2D details.

03. Created a 3D landscape model.

04. Rendered the model in Enscape software.
