About the Project
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited provided turnkey 3D design and documentation services for a modular residential project in the United States. Starting from a hand-drawn sketch, the team developed full architectural models using BIM tools and delivered construction-ready documentation alongside visual renderings.
Client Overview
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited partnered with a homeowner in the USA to create a modern, modular-style house. The project features six prefabricated modules—three on the ground floor and two above—with a separately constructed garage built using traditional stick-built methods.
Scope of Work
Created a Revit 2021 model at LOD 300. Developed Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) sets. Produced a separate permit documentation package. Designed modular components including slabs, walls, roofs, openings, stairs, finishes, ceilings, and furniture. Composed site plans, floor plans, elevations, module sections, interior elevations, and 2D detail drawinings. Generated rendered visuals using Enscape.
