The project features a two-story building housing four units, designed using both CMU and timber framing techniques with detailed architectural and structural modeling.
The client entrusted Pan Gulf Technologies Limited to develop a high-fidelity model based on limited input, including 2D architectural and truss shop drawings, for a four-unit townhome project using a monolithic concrete foundation and mixed-material construction.
Developed a Revit 3D model covering architectural and structural elements. Modeled CMU first-floor walls, wood stud second floor, wooden trusses, sheathing, furniture, lighting, and roof elements. Generated model-based drawings including plans, sections, and documentation. Produced design variations based on client requirements.
Incomplete drawing inputs: absence of stud, sheathing, and roof documentation. Quick turnaround needed while maintaining model quality and accuracy. Coordinating architectural and structural design with mixed-material framing.
