About the Project
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited delivered a high-fidelity LOD 300 BIM model and construction drawing set for a mixed-material residential project building. The project covered concrete and wood structure modeling, leveraging both Revit 2020 and 2021, supported by detailed input from PDF drawings.

Scope of Work
Crafted a 3D BIM model at LOD 300 using Revit 2020 and Revit 2021. Generated full construction drawings in PDF format. Modeled structural components including walls, openings, roof & floor sheathing, staircases, footings, HSS & wood columns, joists, beams, header openings, and roof hatches.
