Avenue Apartments Projects

Project Summary:

01. Project scope was to Create 3D BIM Model at LOD 300 with Construction Drawings for Concrete & Wood Structure.
02. Elements modelled were Walls, Opening, Roof sheathing, Floor Sheathing, Staircase, Footing, HSS and Wood Columns, Joists, Beams, Opening Headers, Roof hatches.
03. The major challenge was to learn, understand and create the wood structure modeling with the clients modeling standard and information. Continuously reviewing and updating the structural model as per the latest architectural model in multiple stages.
04. Client start providing the Comments on Bluebeam session and it is good to keep record of commented documents.
