Avenue Apartments Projects

Project Summary:

01. The project scope was to create a 3D BIM model at LOD 300 with construction drawings for concrete and wood structures.

02. The elements modeled included walls, openings, roof sheathing, floor sheathing, staircase, footings, HSS and wood columns, joists, beams, opening headers, and roof hatches.

03. The major challenge was learning, understanding, and modeling the wood structure according to the client’s modeling standards and requirements. The structural model was continuously reviewed and updated in multiple stages based on the latest architectural model.

04. The client began providing comments through Bluebeam sessions, which was helpful for keeping a record of all commented documents.
