Project Summary:

01. The facility has 12 horse stalls, each 8 by 5 feet, with mats and individual fans, two indoor grooming stalls, and both indoor and outdoor wash stalls.

02. There are also two tack rooms, a storage room, an office viewing area, a utility room, and a hayloft with functioning hayloft doors.

03. A grass riding field and large grass pastures.

Scope of Work:

01. A complete BIM model, including slabs/floors, walls, roof, doors, windows, fencing, railings, and facade finishes.

02. All the documentation, including site plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailed views such as plan details and sectional details.

03. Documentation includes dimensioning, keynoting materials and finishes, and tagging all the walls and openings.
