Project Summary:

This is 60 storey building project in which up to level 9 it is podium part and from level 10 to 60 it comes under Tower part. This project includes various units like BAR, Casino, Restaurant, Pool Deck, garage etc

Scope of Work:

01. Modeling support at the DD Stage. Project & Revit models are already set up by the SP team on their BIM360 cloud. PGT is working based on the Design input in the form of BB comments/redlines, CAD inputs, and verbal discussion in the meetings, and Minutes are recorded.
02. Drawing creation/sheet work
03. CD Details development (according to pdf & redline inputs – BB session provided by the client)
