About the role: Lead & deliver chemical process engineering design by taking inputs from basic engineering package (BEP)
Responsibilities: Working on extended basic or detailed engineering
• Should be able to read & understand basic engineering package, technical specifications received from end user.
• preparation & review of process engineering documents like equipment sizing calculations, process calculations, mass balance, process equipment datasheets, IPDS etc.
• Preparation of PFD, P&IDs. Providing design inputs to drafting.
• Preparation & review of hydraulic calculations, line sizing
calculations, PSV Sizing calculations, Pump selection.
• Preparation & review of Control philosophy, interlock descriptions, Cause & effect diagrams, Utility List, Chemical consumption list.
• Preparation & review of line list, valve list, instrument list etc.
• Performing design activities assigned by Principal Engineer / HOD
• Coordination with other disciplines like mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and piping.
• Attending HAZOP reviews.
• Review design documents / drawings prepared by the design team
• Accountable for successful completion of assigned engineering tasks
• Possess good knowledge of basic chemical engineering fundamentals like drying, evaporation, heat transfer, mass transfer, distillation etc.
• Exposure to intelligent P&IDs is an added advantage.
Candidate requirements & Key Skillset
B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed university and 10- 15 Years Experience in Process Design and Engineering.

Responsibilities: • Develop detailed 3D electrical models using Revit MEP based on design inputs, schematics, and mark-ups. • Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure design integration and clash-free models.
• Create accurate electrical layouts including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, Conduiting, containment, and low current systems & Extraction of Schedules.
• Prepare coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built drawings from the BIM model.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project standards, and company CAD/BIM guidelines.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM software, tools, and industry best practices.
• Support the BIM Manager in training and mentoring junior BIM modellers.
Candidate requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-15 years of experience in BIM modelling, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
