Pedestrian Bridge Project

Challenges:

The model detailing work was completed; however, later the client requested pre-cambering work, which would lead to a delay in the project’s delivery schedule.

Detailing had to be done in sections, and some structural information was missing, which made it difficult to create proper connections.

Solutions:

After understanding the ad-hoc scope of work from the client, we planned to double our team strength to complete the pre-cambering work. This allowed us to meet the turnaround time set by the client and avoid project delays.
Our experience and expertise in this situation made the process smoother. We successfully suggested proper connections for all the missing structural information, helping to expedite the project and ensure timely delivery.
