02. Create Unit model groups for typical floors along with Kitchen & Bathroom model groups.
03. Prepare documents to comply with SD & CD stage.
04. Rendering views in Enscape software.

Project Summary:

01. Private housing project, privately funded, four stories, two double heighted floors, two single heighted floors with tuck under surface parking rear alley.
02. 2 Commercial units, 1,103 sf (Retail sales for food beverage, groceries, pharmaceuticals sales) along with 24 affordable dwelling units 540 sf average.
03. Building roof top offers amenities like walking/jogging paths along with Barbeque stations & roof top gardens.
