About the Project

Client Overview
The client required a collaborator who could navigate an unconventional structural design and deliver accurate models despite complexity. Pan Gulf Technologies Limited stepped in to drive communication-heavy coordination and precise modeling—building trust through delivery and quality.
Scope of Work
Modeled electrical feeders, branch circuits, power systems, lighting, and equipment. Coordinated across disciplines to ensure clash-free electrical systems. Delivered shop drawings and prefabrication (prefab) drawings for electrical components.
Key Challenges
The facility’s layout and design were uniquely non-standard, requiring careful adaptation to the model. Three months of back-and-forth coordination with Intel were needed to secure model approval. Midway through, the client requested a Bill of Materials (BOM) extract for cables—added scope that demanded precise and swift action.
