The deliverables included a comprehensive 3D Tekla model, shop drawings, and a bar bending schedule (BBS)
The client envisioned a world-class mixed-use destination featuring state-of-the-art facilities and stunning views. They required accurate precast modeling and documentation—specifically 3D Tekla modeling, unit-level drawings, and reinforcement data—to bring this vision to life.
Created a 3D model of precast units using Tekla Structures. Extracted unit drawings from the model and prepared RC drawings using AutoCAD. Generated a detailed Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) via MS Excel.
