Preparation of 3D models in Tekla for over 36 complex sloping units. Development of shop drawings aligned with fabrication and installation needs.

Key Challenges

Locating and arranging bracing for sloping units was difficult due to the lack of intermediate horizontal support. Ensuring structural stability and accuracy in detailing under unconventional geometrical constraints.

Pan Gulf Technologies leveraged Tekla’s advanced modeling capabilities to develop precise 3D models and shop drawings. Special attention was given to reinforcement, bracing placement, and connection detailing to counter the challenges of sloping geometries without horizontal supports.
