About the Project:
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited delivered a precision-focused precast detailing solution for a commercial building in the Netherlands. The scope included erection & shop drawings, a shared model, and a comprehensive 3D reinforcement model.
Client Overview:
Using a Dedicated Resource Center (DRC) model, the client utilized Pan Gulf’s personnel on a day-to-day basis to execute multiple projects. This arrangement allowed seamless resourcing aligned directly with client planning and prioritization.
Scope of Work:
For the Precast Netherlands Commercial Project we have to prepare erection drawings and detailed shop drawings.
Delivered a shared model for collaborative review.
Developed a complete 3D reinforcement model of precast elements.
