About the Project:
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited delivered detailed 3D modeling services for precast elements—including staircases, balconies, landings, and hollow-core slabs—across 16 units. The deliverables included model files in both IFC and OBJ formats for the client’s website enhancements.
Client Overview:
The client is a specialist manufacturer of precast elements (hollow-core flooring, stairs, landings, balconies, terraces, beams, columns). They needed high-quality 3D models for digital rendering and branding purposes. Pan Gulf Technologies stepped in to create ready-to-render 3D content in standardized formats.
Scope of Work:
Created precise 3D models in Tekla Structures for these precast elements: staircases, balconies, landings, and hollow-core slabs (16 units in total).
Delivered spatial outputs in both IFC and OBJ file formats, ready for client use in graphic rendering applications.
Key Challenges:
- Ensuring the models were accurately detailed, render-ready, and compatible with the client’s graphic pipeline and website design format.
- Managing the export of complex geometry into lightweight yet comprehensive OBJ files as well as IFC for BIM compatibility. (Inferred based on scope)
