Client Overview

This marks Pan Gulf Technologies Limited’s third engagement on semiconductor-related facility BIM. The client entrusted the team to build upon previous expertise, navigate industry-specific complexities, and deliver seamless electrical modeling and documentation.

Scope of Work

Modeled electrical feeders, branch circuits, power systems, lighting, and equipment. Coordinated across disciplines to ensure clash-free integration. Produced detailed shop drawings and pre-fabrication drawings.

Key Challenges

This is the third consecutive semiconductor project, so expectations for seamless execution and early risk mitigation are exceptionally high.
