About The Project
Redevelopment of an old commercial centre site to create a Company Headquarter Campus. The development included demolition of office blocks and the development of 6 storey office buildings over three levels of basement.
Project Scope:
Preparation of RC Shop drawings along with BBS for following:
- Foundations
- Basement to Sixth floor slab
- Columns
- Core Walls
- Retaining Walls
- Roof Level Slabs
- Metal Decks
Software:
- AutoCAD with CADS-RC
PROJECT DELIVERABLES:
- 3D Model in SDS/2
- Erection & Shop Drawings
- BOM
- KISS / NC Files
Our Challenges & Solutions:
Challenges:
The project had a tight deadline and had to be fulfilled quickly. We had to prepare RC shop drawings and other BBS as mentioned in the scope above. We put in our expertise & teamwork to get this job done.
Solutions:
The project had to be completed in a short period. We had created and shared a delivery schedule splitting the project work in such a fashion that customer & Pan Gulf were both able to work and share mark-ups simultaneously without hampering the deliverable milestones and quality.
