Industrial Steel Building Project, USA

01. This building required coordination with other verticals, especially with precast elements along its periphery. For coordination with precast drawings, our checkers ensured that the drawings were reviewed accurately to ensure everything fit in the right place. In case of any conflicts, we were able to suggest suitable solutions to the client.

02. This building has an adjoining parking ramp on one side, which posed a challenge while detailing the job. Our modelers and checkers coordinated with the EOR/CD to ensure we followed the correct geometry and connection design.

03. The structural framing was extremely complex with heavy design forces, so it was necessary to ensure that our modelers and checkers followed the appropriate connection design. This is where our team did a fantastic job with connection reviews after modeling was completed at each stage of the project.

04. The structure consisted of heavy plate girders and trusses. Our team executed modeling/detailing for these heavy members with top-notch quality and accuracy.

05. There were close to 500 RFIs raised on this project, and the team did exceedingly well in tracking each of these RFIs to ensure 100% adherence.

06.There were a considerable number of changes required on the structural drawings throughout this project, and our team executed these perfectly.
