Project Background:
Pan Gulf Technologies Limited was appointed as the Detailed Engineering Consultant (DEC) for a greenfield chemical manufacturing plant project in South India. The client—a prominent manufacturer of construction chemicals—sought comprehensive multi-disciplinary engineering services to support the design and development of their new facility. The engagement required expert support across process, piping, civil, structural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and legacy data integration.
Scope of Work:
01. Process Engineering: P&IDs, utility balance, control logic, HAZOP/HAZID studies
02. Piping Engineering: Equipment layout, 3D/2D modeling, isometrics, stress analysis, MTOs
03. Civil & Structural: Architectural plans, RCC & steel structure detailing, load calculation reports
