Pedestrian Bridge Project

Challenges:

• The model detailing work was completed, later the pre-cambering work was asked for by the client. This would lead to a delay in the delivery schedule of the project.
• Detailing had to be done in sections, and little structural information was missing to do proper connections.

Solutions: 

• After understanding the Adhoc scope of work from the client. We planned to double up our team strength to complete the pre-cambering work. This led to achieving the turnaround time given by the client to avoid project delays.
• Our experience & expertise in this situationmade it easy. We were successful in suggestingproper connections for all the missing structuralinformation. This helped in expediting theproject on time.
