Helipad Project based in the USA

Our client, based in the USA, is a preferred fabricator for many GCs in the East and Midwest regions for Helipad projects due to their cost efficiency and quick delivery. PGT has been the preferred engineering partner for our client on these projects. Although comparatively smaller in terms of size, PGT regularly executes multiple Helipad projects for our customer. Our strong internal ISO-9001:2015 process protocols ensure that each new project is executed consistently, without deviation from the ISO standards. This ensures consistent delivery across multiple teams working on the same type of project.
CHALLENGES:
PGT’s internal documentation protocol, which includes past Helipad project requirements, client standards, and internal knowledge sharing among teams, ensures that our teams are always up to date with all relevant information. This includes past project RFIs and client directions for similar future RFIs, helping to avoid repetitive questions on similar projects. Multiple projects of the same type can be executed simultaneously by different teams. Submissions for similar projects can be optimized for fabrication across multiple teams, ensuring that our customers can optimize fabrication schedules while maintaining consistent high-quality output across all projects.
